Step 1:

Our first step is to get to know you as a person before we make any recommendations. We operate with your best interests in mind, which means we put people before products. We want to know about your personal and financial goals, your dreams, as well as your concerns. Every situation is unique, and we want to hear about yours. You can also be confident that everything we talk about is completely confidential.

Step 2: Develop a Plan

We use what we learn about you to develop a financial plan based on your individual goals. We will give you either a digital or a paper copy of your plan that includes where you are today, where you want to be, as well as how we can partner together to help you get there. Think of this as your custom “roadmap to your goals”.

Step 3: Execute

Our Team will partner with you to help you reach your goals. Our team’s advisors have a combined 60 years of investment and financial planning experience, and in addition our advisors having securities licenses we have an advisor with the CRPCTM designation (Evans Peay) and another with the CPA designation (Ross Peay). We also leverage our network of local business owners, realtors, mortgage brokers, estate attorneys, accountants and more so you always have the help and guidance you need.

Step 4: Review and Adjust

Life changes, we want to be there with you when it does. We want to be accessible when you need us, but we also want to be proactive. We will review your goals periodically to make sure we always understand what stage of life you are in, and our recommendation will reflect your goals as they change.

Step 5: The Next Generation

Many of our clients have goals not only for themselves, but their children, grandchildren, or their legacy in general. We will guide you through business transitions and sales, charitable giving, estate planning, and simply how to make the most of your money. We will partner with the next generation to prepare them to be good stewards now, as well as in the future.
